About The Position

The Commercial Sales Manager position is responsible for establishing key growth sales strategies, tactics, action plans and coordinating with Finance to achieve company margins and profit and loss goals. Duties will include hitting annual sales targets, building customer relationships, understanding customer trends and developments and establishing pricing models to ensure overall company margins.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales and marketing or related field.
  • 3-5 Years of progressive sales and leadership experience preferably in Information Technology/Managed Services field.
  • Excellent negotiation and leadership skills
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Develop an annual sales plan in support of organization strategy and objectives.
  • Prospects and develops new business opportunities through proactive outreach, lead generation, and acquisition of new client logos to drive revenue growth.
  • Engages in outside sales activities, including field visits, relationship-building with prospects, and closing deals to expand the customer base and introduce innovative solutions.
  • Coordinate with Finance to ensure pricing and the “Go to Market Strategy” encompasses a plan to achieve the established financial goals of the business.
  • Directs the execution of sales goals and targets
  • Maintains a strategic sales pipeline
  • Ensures communications are coordinated, supports sales plan objectives, and meets organizational expenditure requirements in conjunction with NTG leadership.
  • Builds and maintains strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Recommends sales strategies for improvement based on market research and competitor analyses.
  • Effectively communicates the value proposition through proposals and presentations
  • Guides the sales team in hitting weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales objectives
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
  • Leads and motivates the sales team to improve customer service with clients
