We’re looking for a results-driven Commercial Sales Manager to lead sales strategy, develop a high-performing team, and drive revenue growth and profitability.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of sales or sales leadership experience
  • Strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM systems
  • Experience with data analysis and performance reporting (Power BI a plus)
  • Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Recruit, lead, and develop a high-performing sales team
  • Drive organic growth, new business, and customer retention
  • Partner with operations and marketing to improve profitability and performance
  • Oversee sales reporting, forecasting, and budget performance
  • Manage CRM usage, sales processes, and performance metrics
  • Support pricing strategy, vendor relationships, and compensation planning
