We are currently seeking a dynamic, results-driven Commercial Sales Executive to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work for a Fortune 500 company while covering a prime territory spanning Santa Clara to San Francisco Counties. This hybrid role is based out of our Santa Clara office and involves a combination of in-office work and local travel throughout the territory. You will be responsible for promoting and selling our title and escrow services to commercial real estate professionals, developers, investors, and other key industry stakeholders. The primary objective of this role is to drive market share and revenue growth by developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in commercial real estate transactions, preferably within: Title Escrow Lending Banking Mortgage industries
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Proven ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms such as Salesforce

Nice To Haves

  • Existing network within the commercial real estate industry (bankers, developers, attorneys) is highly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell title and escrow services to commercial real estate clients
  • Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients
  • Attend industry events, networking functions, and client meetings
  • Conduct in-person meetings with current and prospective clients
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth
  • Utilize CRM tools to track pipeline activity and client interactions
