About The Position

Join Batteries Plus as a Commercial Sales Coordinator , where you'll be the go-to support for our Commercial Sales team, stores, and customers. You'll handle order processing, resolve issues, and make sure everything runs smoothly from sale to shipment. What You'll Do Be the main point of contact for store-level Commercial Sales inquiries and customer support. Respond to questions about orders, invoices, returns, and credits, keeping customers informed every step of the way. Accurately enter and process orders, quotes, returns, credits, and third-party invoices. Track and monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery and great communication. Work with Accounting to resolve invoice or payment issues quickly and accurately. Partner across departments to solve problems and improve order processes. Support contract and pricing updates, maintain customer agreements, and prepare reports for the sales team. Assist the Sales team with product cross-referencing and customer inquiries. Contribute to special projects and process improvement initiatives that enhance the Commercial Sales experience.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in Business or related field preferred.
  • 1+ year of experience in order management, sales support, or customer service.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and sound judgment when handling issues.
  • Proficient in Salesforce, point of sale systems, order management tools, and Microsoft/Google platforms.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities with urgency.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills-you love being part of a team that gets things done.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with retail or commercial sales environments preferred.
