We’re looking for an Account Advisor who thrives on connection, organization, and momentum to help drive our B2B sales engine forward. This role is the heartbeat of our commercial sales operation—part relationship-builder, part problem-solver, part sales quarterback. If you love coordinating moving parts, supporting field sales, and turning leads into loyal customers, this role was built for you. This role is work from home 90% of the time. 🧩 What You’ll Do As an Account Advisor, you’ll support and accelerate commercial sales growth by managing leads, coordinating accounts, and ensuring smooth execution between customers, stores, and field sales partners. In this role, you will: Proactively engage professional customers through outbound phone, text, and email outreach (minimum 125 touches per week) Identify, qualify, and pursue new B2B opportunities with contractors, property managers, facilities teams, and institutional buyers Act as the central “quarterback” for commercial leads, coordinating follow-up across Store Leaders, store teams, Professional Coatings Representatives (PCRs), and Business Development Managers (BDMs) Respond promptly to inbound inquiries with accurate quotes, pricing, product information, and order support Build and manage repeatable quote sheets, pricing structures, and quote follow-up Support professional account onboarding and maintenance, including tier placement, special pricing, trade credit, purchase orders, and issue resolution Partner closely with retail store teams to uncover B2B opportunities and support consistent execution of commercial strategies Troubleshoot inventory gaps, discontinued products, and sourcing challenges by coordinating with vendors, Store Leaders, and Product/Inventory teams Maintain accurate documentation in HubSpot CRM and ERP systems, ensuring strong pipeline visibility and prioritization Share customer feedback, competitive insights, and market trends to support strategic decisions Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, Procurement, and Customer Service to deliver a seamless professional customer experience
