About The Position

The BRiTE (Broad. Relevant. Tangible. Experience.) program provides new graduates with the unique opportunity to gain hands-on, broad commercial experience by completing four rotations across various business functions. Each rotation is intentionally designed and includes commercial project work, experiential learning, mentoring relationships and leadership development opportunities in the following areas: Sales (Inside Sales and Field Sales), Marketing and Market Development, Engineering & Customer Experience, and Product Line Management. Participants will gain valuable experience working alongside mentors on real-life projects, develop critical skills to jump-start their careers, and build a network by collaborating with company leaders and teams across the organization.

Requirements

GPA of 3.0 or higher
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Telecom Industry, e.g., Network Engineering, Computer Science, Information Management, Optical Science and Engineering), Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Physics, or Chemistry
Graduation date of December 2025 or May 2026
Ability to articulate interest in working in commercial roles such as sales, marketing, sales support, field engineering, product marketing and/or product management functions
