About The Position

Tremco Incorporated has been a world leader in solving complex waterproofing and roofing problems for commercial, institutional and industrial accounts since 1928. Weatherproofing Technologies, Tremco’s service division is currently seeking several experienced Field Technicians.

Requirements

• Willing to travel (Up to 25% or more) within the assigned region and work flexible hours in the peak season.
• Ability to work at heights and lift 50 lbs on a regular basis.
• Ability to communicate effectively with others.
• Must possess a valid Driver’s License and have access to a vehicle.
• Must have at least 2 years of commercial roofing experience (no need to be a journeyman, need flat roofing experience or steep slop roofing).

Responsibilities

• Under the direction of a foreman, install different types of roofing systems such as BUR, EPDM, Single-ply, coatings, safety systems and other forms of low-slope roofing systems.
• Operate tools in a safe manner, while adhering to all applicable health and safety legislation.
• Perform routine inspections using diagnostic equipment, check roof to make sure system is working properly and ensure any problems are communicated and corrected.
