About The Position

Commercial Roofing Superintendent Full- Time | Based on Experience Eskola, LLC has been installing commercial and industrial roofing and waterproofing systems throughout the North and Southeastern U.S. since 1972. We're looking for a Superintendent to lead our foremen and field crews, delivering safe, high-quality commercial roofing installations across every job site.

Requirements

• Experience leading foremen and crews on commercial roofing projects
• OSHA 30-hour card and valid driver's license
• Strong leadership, scheduling, and customer service skills

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual fluency, CDL
• Specialized training: crane, forklift, man lift, rigging, CERTA

Responsibilities

• Oversee field staff and visit job sites daily to ensure safety and quality
• Coach and develop foremen, conducting performance reviews and recommending advancement
• Manage materials, equipment, and subcontractor coordination across active jobs
• Serve as a trusted point of contact for customers throughout the project
