As a Commercial Roofing Service Technician with Bone Dry Roofing, the technician role is a hands-on service position focused on repair excellence. This technician performs service calls, repair work, and diagnostic inspections while delivering dependable service in the field. Requirements

• 2+ years of commercial roofing experience
• Ability to perform service tasks at heights
• Low-slope systems knowledge.
• Comfort climbing ladders and working at heights,
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen
• Ability to work overtime as needed
• Ability to work two Saturdays per month during peak season

Responsibilities

• Perform necessary repairs for commercial properties as described in the scope of work.
• Be the main point of contact for the commercial business customer during the project.
• Estimate materials and labor required to complete projects.
• Communicate with customers before, during, and after projects.
• Be on call for after-hours emergency calls if on rotation.
• Prepare and collect invoices once the job is complete.
• Look for other necessary repairs on properties, i.e., gutters, windows, etc.
• Follow all safety procedures.
