About The Position
Boone Brothers Roofing is hiring Commercial Roofing Service Technicians / Helpers. Join a growing team with steady, year-round work, paid training, and real opportunities to advance. This is an hourly position, and pay is dependent on experience. No experience is required as training will be provided. Applicants must be 21+ years old with a valid driver's license and a clean driving record. The role involves working outdoors and at heights, requiring reliability, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn. Basic computer skills and good communication are necessary. While roofing or construction experience is a plus, it is not required. The position also requires a willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities
- Assist with roof repairs, maintenance, and service calls
- Inspect roofs and help identify leaks/issues
- Travel to multiple job sites daily (company vehicle provided)
- Communicate with customers and represent the company professionally
- Work alongside a Foreman in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
- Follow all safety procedures (PPE, fall protection, etc.)
