Requirements
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to safety
- Willingness to obtain OSHA and other required certifications
- Ability to work occasional overtime and weekends
- All candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Nice To Haves
- Construction or roofing experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate
Responsibilities
- Assist with commercial roof inspections, repairs, and leak investigations
- Remove and replace roofing materials, including insulation, membranes, flashings, and related components
- Perform installation work according to manufacturer specifications
- Maintain professional communication with customers
- Keep vehicles, tools, and materials organized and job-ready
- Follow OSHA regulations and company safety standards
- Prepare, maintain, and clean job sites
- Travel to and from job sites as needed
