About The Position

Eskola, LLC is seeking an experienced and motivated Service Foreman to lead field crews in the Morristown, Tennessee market. This is a hands-on leadership role with opportunities for advancement to Superintendent and Service Manager positions. The company has been installing commercial and industrial roofing and waterproofing systems throughout the North and Southeastern U.S. since 1972.

Requirements

3+ years of Foreman/Supervisory experience in commercial roofing service, repair, or maintenance
Strong knowledge of TPO, PVC, EPDM, Modified Bitumen, metal roofing, and roof coatings/waterproofing
Ability to read blueprints and technical specifications
Proven leadership, communication, and customer management skills
Comfortable working outdoors, at heights, and in physically demanding conditions
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening

Nice To Haves

Experience with commercial roofing software (e.g., DataForma)
OSHA 10 or 30 Hour Card
Aerial lift and/or forklift certification
First Aid, CPR & AED certification
Bilingual in English and Spanish

Responsibilities

Lead and support daily commercial roofing service operations, including repairs, maintenance, inspections, and leak investigations
Coordinate jobsite manpower, materials, tools, and equipment
Perform field troubleshooting and assessments of roofing and waterproofing systems
Train and mentor technicians, promoting strong workmanship, safety, and accountability
Communicate professionally with customers, property managers, and vendors
Work closely with Superintendents, Service Managers, and Regional Leadership to keep crews productive and on schedule
