About The Position
Looking for an opportunity to grow with a company? We are on the search for an experienced Lead/Foremen with experience to commercial roof leak repair, perform preventive roof maintenance, flash-in new curbs and pipes, and some tear-off and small roof replacements. You will work on a variety of commercial roof systems including built-up, single-ply, foam, coatings, tile, shingle, and metal. If you have an experienced helper, we are open to meeting with them as well.
Requirements
- 3-5 years as a commercial roofing experience
- More than one type of roof system
- Valid driver's license in good standing (Required)
- English (Required)
- Able to work in outside weather (cold and hot).
- Available to work extended hours, varying shifts, nights and weekends (when necessary)
- Valid state driver's license in good standing (required)
- Ability to successfully pass post-offer physical fitness test and safety test (required).
- Someone who is a self-starter.

Responsibilities
- Manage and work alongside crew to successfully complete all assigned roofing work safely, efficiently, and to manufacturer specifications.
- Manage jobs and jobsites, ensuring that all workers adhere to plans and safety codes.
- Enforce employee schedules and construction timelines
- Keep superintendent updated on progress throughout the projects
- Understand and identify problems and challenges to each roofing system inspected
- Complete all reports and records properly in a timely manner
