About The Position

Illinois Roofing, founded in 1990 and part of Tecta America since 2005, is seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Service Foreman in the suburban Chicago, IL area. The company serves the Chicago area, Northern Illinois, and Indiana, specializing in efficient roofing solutions. Requirements

3-5 years of experience of leading commercial roofing crews
18 years of age or older
Valid driver's license
Able to pass pre employment background check and drug screen
Authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities

Install and repair roofs with the use of commercial roofing systems including BUR, Modified Bitumen, TPO, EPDM, PVC and slope (tile/shingles)
Able to work well in a team setting
Able to work outside in extreme weather conditions
Able to lift 50+ lbs with repeated bending, climbing, and kneeling.
Comfortable with climbing a ladder up to 60ft and being on a roof
Perform work to manufacturer's specifications with close attention to safety
