About The Position
This role is for local commercial/industrial roofing repairs and re-roofs in the area, offering the advantage of working near home. The company is growing with a national presence and emphasizes internal promotion. The position involves delivering quality roofs using standardized work, solving problems as they arise, maintaining a clean work area according to 5S standards, performing work safely, continuously improving processes, being present on scheduled days, and collaborating effectively with the crew.
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in commercial and industrial roofing
- An understanding of commercial roofing including architectural sheet metal, EPDM, TPO, PVC, BUR, and modified applications, willing to train
- Effective roof system evaluation, leak diagnostic skills, and problem-solving skills a must
- Ability to communicate verbally and written
- Valid Driver’s License is a must
