About The Position

Nations Roof, a leading commercial roofing contractor, is seeking a Commercial Roofing Service Foreman to lead a team in providing exceptional service and extending the lifespan of commercial roofing systems. This role involves diagnosing roof issues, training team members, and ensuring high-quality repairs and maintenance on various commercial roofing systems. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

Expertise in BUR, EPDM, Single-ply, coatings, and other low-slope roofing systems.
Strong experience leading and training a team in the field.
Proven ability to identify and solve complex roofing issues.
Ability to communicate effectively with both customers and team members.
In-depth knowledge of OSHA safety standards and a commitment to safety on the job.
Comfortable using basic computer and smartphone tools for reporting and job tracking.
Daily travel locally to job sites.

Nice To Haves

5+ years of roofing production or supervisory experience.
Bilingual fluency (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Responsibilities

Guide and mentor a small team, ensuring they follow safety protocols and best practices in all roofing repairs and installations.
Conduct roof inspections, diagnose issues, and perform repairs to extend roof life, working with various roofing systems (EPDM, TPO, PVC, Built-Up, and more).
Deliver high-quality service to customers, addressing their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
Use technical knowledge to troubleshoot and provide solutions for complex roofing challenges.
Accurately document all time, materials, and job details for reporting purposes.
Enforce safety standards on-site, ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations and maintaining a safe work environment.
