Requirements

3+ years experience in commercial and industrial roofing
An understanding of commercial roofing including architectural sheet metal, EPDM, TPO, PVC, BUR, and modified applications, willing to train
Effective roof system evaluation, leak diagnostic skills, and problem-solving skills a must
Ability to communicate verbally and written
Valid Driver’s License is a must
