About The Position

Nations Roof is seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Roofing Project Manager to lead and oversee large-scale, complex roofing projects from pre-construction through completion. This role is responsible for driving project success through strong leadership, financial oversight, and a commitment to safety, quality, and client satisfaction.

Requirements

• 5+ years of commercial roofing or construction project management experience
• Strong knowledge of commercial roofing systems and practices
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Experience with project management software (Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, etc.) preferred
• All candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple commercial roofing projects, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery
• Lead project teams, including Project Managers, Superintendents, and field personnel
• Oversee project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
• Review contracts, plans, and specifications to ensure compliance and mitigate risk
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and key stakeholders
• Lead project meetings and coordinate all phases from preconstruction to closeout
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and company policies
• Support estimating, bidding, and preconstruction efforts as needed
• Mentor and develop team members
