About The Position
At Farha Roofing, we’re seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Sales & Project Manager who knows how to build relationships, run profitable projects, and deliver quality. This role involves prospecting, developing, and maintaining strong commercial client relationships, leading roofing projects from start to finish, and serving as the main point of contact for clients and project stakeholders. The ideal candidate will coordinate with estimators, crews, vendors, and internal operations to ensure job quality, profitability, and customer satisfaction, while also tracking and managing budgets, timelines, and documentation.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in commercial low-slope roofing
- Strong sales and project management record
- Knowledge of commercial construction markets (property management, insurance, REITs, etc.)
- Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through
- Valid driver’s license and ability to access rooftops
Responsibilities
- Prospect, develop, and maintain strong commercial client relationships
- Lead roofing projects from start to finish—sales through final completion
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients and project stakeholders
