About The Position
Wolfe Roofing, a Tecta America Company, is seeking Commercial Roofing Laborers for their Reading, PA shop. The role involves installing and repairing roofs using various commercial roofing systems, working effectively in a team, and being able to work outdoors in extreme weather conditions. Candidates must be comfortable with physical demands including lifting 50+ lbs, repeated bending, climbing, kneeling, and working at heights up to 60ft.
Requirements
- Able to work well in a team setting
- Able to work outside in extreme weather conditions
- Able to lift 50+ lbs with repeated bending, climbing, and kneeling.
- Comfortable with climbing a ladder up to 60ft and being on a roof
- 18 years of age or older
- Valid driver's license
- Able to pass pre employment background check and drug screen
- Authorized to work in the United States
Responsibilities
- Install and repair roofs with the use of commercial roofing systems including BUR, Modified Bitumen, TPO, EPDM, PVC and slope (tile/shingles).
- Perform work to manufacturer's specifications with close attention to safety.
