About The Position
Commercial Roofing Laborer / Apprentice. Eskola, LLC has been installing commercial and industrial roofing and waterproofing systems throughout the North and Southeastern U.S. since 1972. We are looking for Production Laborers / Apprentices ready to learn the commercial roofing trade and grow into skilled Roofers, Foreman, and beyond.
Requirements
- Willingness to learn and work hard as part of a crew
- Ability to work 8- to 12- hour shifts; Weekdays and weekends
- Comfortable working at heights, on ladders, and in varying weather conditions
- Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment background check and drug screen as a condition of hire
Nice To Haves
- Prior commercial roofing or construction experience
- OSHA-10 hour certification
- Specialized training (crance, forklift, aerial lift, rigging, CERTA)
- Valid driver's license
- Bilingual fluency
Responsibilities
- Work alongside experience crew members on tear-off, repair, and installation work
- Learn commercial roofing systems and safe work practices from the ground up
- Show up on time, ready to work, with proper tools and PPE
- Follow all job-site safety requirements
