Requirements

3-5 years’ experience with various commercial roofing systems, required;
Proven leadership or foreman experience;
Excellent time management and organizational skills;
Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business documents, job specifications, technical procedures and/or government regulations;
Ability to lift 25+ lbs. regularly, 50+ lbs. occasionally;
Ability to climb ladders and work in an outdoor setting, with varying weather conditions. Regular schedule Mon-Fri, with occasional weekend shifts as needed;
Proven ability to train and supervise employees, with an emphasis on developing commercial roofing skills;
Strong communication, interpersonal and time management skills;
Ability to follow instructions, perform work in accordance with job specifications and safety guidelines, and maintain a strong level of professionalism;
OSHA 10 certification.
High school diploma or equivalent;
Valid driver’s license

Nice To Haves

OSHA 30 strongly preferred
Bilingual (Spanish/English), highly desirable

Responsibilities

Installation and removal of various types of commercial roofing systems including TPO, EPDM, PVC, etc;
Supervise, direct and train roofing crews on commercial roofing sites;
Perform work in accordance with job specifications and safety guidelines;
Communicate effectively with Operations team, clients, vendors and crew members;
Track materials, labor and job progress;
Enforce Company and OSHA safety standards;
Complete all required paperwork, electronic correspondence and attend meetings as required
