Weather Shield Roofing Systems is continuing to grow, and we are excited to announce an internal opportunity for a Commercial Roofing Foreman in our Nashville market. This role is ideal for a proven leader who is passionate about commercial roofing, committed to safety, and ready to take ownership of projects while developing team members around them. The Foreman plays a critical role in delivering quality work, maintaining customer satisfaction, and helping our teams succeed.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of commercial roofing experience
- Previous leadership experience as a Foreman or Lead Technician
- Strong knowledge of commercial roofing systems including TPO, EPDM, PVC, and related products
- Ability to lead teams, solve problems, and drive results
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record
- Commitment to safety and quality workmanship
Nice To Haves
- Experience performing roof inspections and assessments
- Estimating experience
- Experience working across multiple commercial roofing systems
Responsibilities
- Lead commercial roofing crews on repairs, maintenance, and reroofing projects
- Coordinate labor, materials, equipment, and jobsite activities
- Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to Weather Shield standards
- Conduct roof inspections and assessments
- Identify repair needs and develop practical solutions
- Communicate professionally with customers, crew members, and internal teams
- Maintain accurate documentation and project records
- Support production goals while delivering an exceptional customer experience
- Work closely with Sales and Production teams to ensure project success
