About The Position

We’re looking for a commercial roofing estimator who cares about accuracy and scope, not sales pressure or rushing numbers out the door.
This position is for someone who likes digging into plans and specs, catching issues before they become problems, and producing estimates that can actually be built without surprises.

Requirements

• Experience estimating commercial roofing projects
• Strong ability to read and interpret plans and specifications
• Detail‑oriented and consistent
• Comfortable working independently and owning your work

Nice To Haves

• FM, UL, and warranty knowledge is a plus

Responsibilities

• Preparing detailed takeoffs and estimates for commercial roofing work
• Reviewing drawings, specifications, and bid documents
• Identifying missing scope, conflicts, and risk items up front
• Coordinating with suppliers and manufacturers when needed
• Clearly documenting assumptions, inclusions, exclusions, and clarifications
• Supporting clean handoffs to project teams once jobs are awarded
