About The Position

Flynn is hiring Commercial Roofing Journeymen and Laborers for projects in the Colorado Springs area. Responsibilities include installing, repairing, and replacing commercial flat roofing systems such as TPO, PVC, EPDM, and modified bitumen while following safety requirements and delivering quality workmanship on commercial projects.

Requirements

Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on commercial roofing experience (for Journeymen)
1+ year of commercial or flat roofing experience preferred (for Laborers)
Experience with TPO, PVC, EPDM, BUR, modified bitumen, or similar roofing systems (for Journeymen)
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications (for Journeymen)
Experience working safely at heights and operating roofing tools and equipment (for Journeymen)
Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions (for Laborers)
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn (for Laborers)
Reliable transportation (All Candidates)
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. (All Candidates)
Ability to climb ladders and work at heights (All Candidates)
Team-oriented with a strong safety mindset (All Candidates)

Responsibilities

Install, repair, and replace commercial roofing systems including TPO, PVC, EPDM, BUR, and modified bitumen
Assist with roof tear-offs, material staging, and installation activities
Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently
Follow all company safety policies and OSHA requirements
Read and follow project drawings, specifications, and installation requirements
Work collaboratively with foremen and crew members to complete projects safely, on time, and to Flynn quality standards
Perform physical work outdoors and at heights on commercial construction sites
