Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of verifiable commercial roofing experience required
• Hands-on experience with commercial flat roofing systems
• Ability to perform the physical duties associated with commercial roofing
• Comfortable working outdoors and at heights
• Reliable and able to work effectively as part of a crew
• Strong commitment to workplace safety
• Quality-focused and takes pride in workmanship
• Pre-employment physical, drug screening, and background check required

Responsibilities

• Installing and repairing commercial flat roofing systems
• Performing tear-offs and roof replacements
• Installing insulation and roofing materials
• Rolling and completing seams
• Loading and unloading roofing materials
• Operating roofing tools and equipment
• Maintaining clean and safe jobsites
• Working closely with foremen and crew members to meet daily production goals
• Following company and jobsite safety procedures
