About The Position
Empire Roofing, a Tecta America Company, is seeking experienced Commercial Roofing Mechanics in Aurora, Colorado. The role involves installing and repairing roofs using commercial roofing systems, including BUR, Modified Bitumen, TPO, EPDM, PVC, and slope systems such as tile and shingles. Employees work as part of a team and outdoors in extreme weather conditions, performing work to manufacturer specifications with close attention to safety.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of commercial roofing experience.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Valid driver's license.
- Able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- Able to work well in a team setting.
- Able to work outside in extreme weather conditions.
- Able to lift 50+ pounds and repeatedly bend, climb, and kneel.
- Comfortable climbing a ladder up to 60 feet and working on a roof.
