- Willingness to learn through on-the-job training.
- Enthusiasm for working outside in the elements and being physically active.
- Dependable and able to be at work on time and on a consistent basis with reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass a background check, Motor Vehicle Record check, and pre-employment/ongoing random drug screens.

Responsibilities
- Perform commercial roof system installations on new construction, re-roofs, or service & repair jobs.
- Troubleshoot, problem solve, and think outside-the-box.
- Work as a critical member of a small team.
- Maintain presentable appearance and professional communication with customers and team members.
- Sharpen up Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) knowledge.
- Travel as needed.
