About The Position

Jolly Roofing & Contracting Co., LLC is a premier regional commercial roofing contractor recognized for outstanding craftsmanship, teamwork, and service. We are growing and seeking an experienced Technician Supervisor to join our dynamic team. As a Technician Supervisor, you will manage approximately 10 service technicians, ensuring repairs meet industry standards, overseeing scheduling, preparing site documentation for invoicing, and maintaining clear communication between technicians, dispatch, sales teams, and customers.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of management or supervisory experience (required).
Commercial roofing experience preferred.
Knowledge of EPDM, TPO, PVC, Modified Bitumen (Mod-Bit), BUR, and metal roofing systems.
Strong communication, leadership, and time management skills.
Professional references required.
A clean driving record is required for all positions that involve the use of company vehicles.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily operations and performance of service technicians.
Approve repairs, conduct site visits, and assist with proposal generation.
Diagnose leaks and guide field teams on proper repair techniques.
Communicate effectively with technicians, dispatchers, sales teams, and customers.
Assist with billing preparation and technical support.
Promote and maintain a positive, team-focused work environment.
Occasional overtime and weekend availability required (up to 2 weekends per month).
Regional travel as needed (per diem benefits provided).
