About The Position
The Manufacturing Team at Sarepta Therapeutics is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented co-op student to join our team. This position provides broad exposure to key functional areas within the biotech industry, including change control, documentation management, validation, process controls, CMC regulatory project management, and equipment automation and data collection. Individuals will gain hands-on experience supporting both routine manufacturing operations and strategic, project-based initiatives, developing a well-rounded understanding of how complex biotech programs are executed.
Requirements
- Undergraduate (Junior or Senior) or graduate student pursuing a degree in Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, or other life-science related field
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities
- Gain hands-on experience in balancing routine manufacturing operations with project-based initiatives, helping drive execution while maintaining a strong focus on compliance, efficiency, and continuous improvement
- Collaborate with technical subject matter experts to design and build reporting frameworks that track manufacturing execution and project-based workstreams (e.g., validations, tech transfers, quality system initiatives), leveraging platforms such as Veeva to enhance visibility into timelines and deliverables
- Work closely with stakeholders to define, monitor, and report on key metrics and performance indicators, supporting compliance and operational decision-making, while contributing to the ongoing evolution toward more automated and scalable reporting within existing systems
- Drive project-based work independently, managing activities and deliverables within Veeva while gaining broad exposure to project management processes, cross-functional collaboration, and lifecycle management of initiatives entering and exiting the system
- Partner with technical mentors to build foundational skills in reporting, systems, and coding, supporting both individual professional development and broader team capabilities
