ALMA TIRE COMPANIES' RETREAD PRODUCTION FACILITY is growing and looking for individuals that will sweat the details on the production of every commercial retread tire we re-produce. COMMERCIAL RETREAD TECHNICIAN is an important role within our organization and essential to who we are as a company. We have a very successful commercial truck tire retread program and take a lot of pride in ensuring the rubber meets the road and gets the job done for our customers. We provide on-the-job training from some of the industry's most experienced professionals and certification programs following the proven Bandag method.

Requirements

Excellent attention to detail
Ability to lift over 50 pounds routinely
Integrity, reliability, and a positive attitude
Eagerness to learn and motivation to help others
Team ability and strong communication skills
A willingness to work overtime when necessary
A valid Driver's License
To be absolutely unwilling to compromise personal integrity or business ethics for any reason
