About The Position

The Commercial Relationship Specialist role will assist the National team inside the Commercial department on day-to-day transactions on deposits and loans. This role involves handling various customer transactions, maintaining electronic files, assisting with wires, and collaborating with internal teams. Additionally, it provides administrative support to the Commercial Officer.

Requirements

High school education or equivalent.
2 years of Commercial loan documentation processing experience.
General knowledge of Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Word).
Excellent attention to detail.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize conflicting demands.
Above average interpersonal skills and ability to work well with others.
Knowledge and understanding of loan documentation and corporate organizational documentation.
Familiarity with bank loan policy and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

Handle deposit account overdrafts, account-to-account transfers, research transaction history, provide account statements & maintenance.
Create/maintain electronic files for commercial customers & prospects.
Assist with wires.
Work closely with Treasury and the Commercial Officer regarding depository products for customers (Gathering required documentation to facilitate account openings).
Provide administrative support for Commercial Officer (travel, expense reports).
Other duties as assigned.
