Commercial Relationship Specialist Sr.
About The Position
The Commercial Relationship Specialist role will assist the National team inside the Commercial department on day-to-day transactions on deposits and loans. The role involves handling deposit account overdrafts, account-to-account transfers, researching transaction history, and providing account statements & maintenance. The specialist will also create/maintain electronic files for commercial customers & prospects, assist with wires, and work closely with Treasury and the Commercial Officer regarding depository products for customers, including gathering required documentation for account openings. Additionally, the role provides administrative support for the Commercial Officer, such as managing travel and expense reports.
Requirements
- High school education or equivalent
- 2 years of Commercial loan documentation processing experience
- General knowledge of Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Word)
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize conflicting demands
- Above average interpersonal skills and ability to work well with others
- Knowledge and understanding of loan documentation and corporate organizational documentation
- Familiarity with bank loan policy and regulatory compliance
Responsibilities
