The Commercial Relationship Officer is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of commercial agriculture relationships within an assigned territory. Works closely with Association team members to develop and implement financing solutions designed to meet the needs of the individual customers. Leads the customer relationship efforts and provide functional guidance to the assigned loan team. Implement sales and marketing plans to capitalize on opportunities to grow with existing relationships and develop new relationships within their assigned territory. Will have a strong focus on customer relationship management, ensuring a superior customer experience is achieved. Candidate must be located within commuting distance to the Ocala Office and preferably has some knowledge of the equine business.
