About The Position

The Commercial Relationship Manager supports Beem’s vision of promoting financial wellness by developing long-term relationships with members, proactively identifying and fulfilling their commercial credit needs, and ensuring compliance with documentation standards. This role focuses on portfolio growth, risk management, and delivering exceptional member experiences through effective communication and tailored solutions.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree or diploma in Business, Finance, or related field.
4-6 years of experience in commercial lending.
Working knowledge of small business and commercial credit adjudication.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Must have own vehicle and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

Manage an assigned portfolio of commercial accounts, ensuring compliance and credit quality.
Monitor account performance and implement strategies to mitigate risk.
Ensure timely execution of transactions and adherence to Beem’s credit framework.
Proactively call local business owners to grow their portfolio and expand their network.
Identify and pursue internal referral opportunities and external business prospects.
Promote Beem’s lending products and deposit services to meet member needs.
Collect and analyze financial information, operating cycles, and cash flow to assess creditworthiness.
Maintain and grow the credit quality of the assigned portfolio while managing risk through collections activity.
Ensure compliance with Beem’s credit and risk policies.
Build strong, loyal relationships with members by providing tailored financial solutions.
Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to meet member needs.
