Requirements
- Commercial HVAC/R experience (refrigeration strongly preferred), candidates with 5+ years may be considered
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with schematics, wiring diagrams, and diagnostic tools.
- EPA Universal Certification required for handling refrigerants (Type II or Universal).
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy equipment and work in various indoor/outdoor conditions.
Responsibilities
- Provide expert installation, service, and maintenance of HVAC and refrigeration systems in commercial and industrial environments.
- Lead service projects and mentor junior technicians.
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC/R equipment (walk-in coolers, freezers, display cases, RTUs, etc.).
- Perform and manage preventive maintenance and troubleshooting across customer sites.
- Communicate clearly with customers and team members to ensure quality service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols, building codes, and environmental regulations.
- Maintain accurate service documentation and reporting.
