About The Position

Grande Aire Services is seeking a skilled, dependable, and motivated Commercial Refrigeration Technician to join their growing team. This role involves diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and servicing refrigeration and HVAC systems for a variety of light commercial clients, including retail stores, office buildings, mixed-use properties, and small commercial facilities. The technician will work closely with customers and the service team to ensure efficient system operation and prompt resolution of service issues.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of HVAC and/or refrigeration service experience
• Comfortable lifting equipment and working in varying weather conditions
• Valid driver’s license is required
• Clean driving record and background check are required
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
• Professional attitude with integrity, reliability, and strong work ethic

Nice To Haves

• EPA Certification preferred
