Requirements
- Licensed as a California Real Estate Salesperson or Broker (or willing to become licensed)
- Success in business or sales (ideally entrepreneurial endeavors)
Nice To Haves
- Experience with business development - especially cold-calling or door-to-door sales
- An elementary understanding of business finance and investments in real estate
Responsibilities
- Engage in business development, including cold-calling or door-to-door sales
- Seek leads for calls
