About The Position
A leading national law firm is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Associate to join its West Coast real estate transactions team in Los Angeles. The associate will work on a broad range of sophisticated commercial real estate transactions across multiple asset classes, representing clients through all stages of complex deals.
Requirements
- 2 to 5 years of commercial real estate transactional experience
- Experience with acquisitions, financings, dispositions, workouts, or leasing
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills
- Excellent analytical and project management abilities
- Strong client service and communication skills
- J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
- Active California Bar membership
