About The Position
Join Our Team as a Lawyer at Axiom. We are currently seeking a Commercial Real Estate Attorney in the Chicago metropolitan area to work with our F100 clients.
Requirements
- 5+ years of significant transactional experience, preferably in an in-house environment
- Complex commercial real estate experience including real estate finance, leasing, and acquisitions and sales
- Experience working on leasing, purchases and sales, REIT, residential, property management and LL/T disputes.
- Active bar license in good standing in the state in which you currently reside
Nice To Haves
- Experience within the following industries would be ideal: Retail, restaurant/hospitality, industrial, and energy
- Experience with retail real estate and commercial is preferred
- Experience working independently and cross-functionally and taking on complex projects
Responsibilities
- Work with and advise corporate clients directly regarding commercial real estate matters
- Draft and negotiate real estate finance documents and supporting internal client teams
- Maintain strong, collaborative relationships with internal business partners and stakeholders
