About The Position

The Commercial Real Estate (CRE) Analyst Program is a two-year experience where you will build skills in financial modeling and market analysis while collaborating with bankers and risk professionals to deliver for clients. The program also includes mentorship, coaching, senior leader engagement, and on-going feedback that supports your professional development. The program begins with structured training covering accounting, valuation, financial modeling, and credit analysis, before joining your specialty group.

Requirements

• 6+ months of Commercial Real Estate Relationship Management - Program experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

• Bachelor’s degree with expected graduation between December 2026 - June 2027
• Successful completion of 2026 CIB Commercial Real Estate Summer Analyst Program
• Knowledge and understanding of financial markets
