About The Position

Support Commercial Lending Group by working with originators and underwriters to support the team in screening, underwriting and monitoring loans.

Requirements

• Bachelors
• 1+ years experience in monitoring or underwriting and structuring commercial lending transactions

Responsibilities

• Performs basic credit analysis – may include analyzing operating statements, recommending risk ratings
• Analyzes Commercial Lending, Accounts Receivable, Inventory, Equipment, and Loan and Lease Receivables collateral across an array of collateral types
• Analyzes financial data to determine customers' financial status
• Makes process improvement and action recommendations researched and supported by data and key metrics
• Supports administrative aspects of the originations process including document collection, organization, and tracking of due diligence requirements
