You'll own the loan process from submission through closing — keeping files organized, stakeholders aligned, and deals moving without missing a beat. Requirements
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle a high-volume pipeline
- Excellent attention to detail and file management
- Clear communicator with solid follow-up instincts
- Ability to review financial documents and identify discrepancies
- Quick learner who can hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in loan processing or commercial real estate is a plus
Responsibilities
- Review loan applications for completeness and accuracy
- Collect, organize, and verify borrower documentation and financial information
- Submit complete loan files to underwriting and clear any outstanding conditions
- Liaise with loan officers, underwriters, title companies, and borrowers throughout the process
- Order appraisals, title reports, and other third-party documents
- Provide consistent updates to clients and internal teams from submission to close
- Ensure all loans meet company, investor, and regulatory guidelines
- Maintain accurate records in loan origination systems (LOS)
- Manage multiple files simultaneously while hitting deadlines
