This is a field-based role focused on coordinating commercial property repairs, maintenance, and small improvement projects for shopping centers, office buildings, industrial parks and other commercial properties. Rather than managing large-scale construction projects, you'll oversee multiple service jobs, coordinate subcontractors, build relationships with property managers, and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and with exceptional customer service. Coordinate and manage multiple commercial property repair, maintenance, and small improvement projects from initial site visit through completion. Visit commercial properties throughout San Diego County to assess project needs and develop scopes of work. Prepare estimates, material lists, and project proposals. Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, schedules, and materials to keep projects moving efficiently. Conduct site visits throughout each project to ensure quality workmanship, safety, and customer satisfaction. Build strong relationships with property managers through proactive communication and dependable follow-through. Monitor project budgets, schedules, and timelines while managing multiple active jobs simultaneously. Identify issues early and develop practical solutions to keep projects on track. Maintain accurate project documentation using company software. Assist with field troubleshooting and minor repairs when needed. Professionally represent LOT Commercial Property Services with clients, tenants, vendors, and subcontractors. Participate in a rotating on-call schedule for evenings and weekends to respond to urgent client property service needs.
