One of Tampa Bay’s leading commercial property management firms is looking to add a sharp, motivated Commercial Property Manager to our growing team. This role will oversee a well-positioned commercial property in Largo, Florida that caters to small businesses, consisting of small to medium-sized offices, workshops, and warehouse spaces. Position Overview The Commercial Property Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations, leasing, financial performance, and tenant relations of a multi-tenant commercial property. This role requires hands-on management, strong communication skills, and a solid understanding of Florida commercial landlord-tenant law.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of commercial property management experience
  • Proven experience managing commercial leases and renewals
  • Working knowledge of Florida commercial landlord-tenant laws
  • Strong leasing, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Experience with rent collections, budgeting, and financial oversight
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience with Yardi or industry comparable property management software
  • Highly organized with strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities
  • Professional, proactive, and detail-oriented

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations of office, workshop, and warehouse spaces
  • Handle commercial lease administration, renewals, and executions
  • Oversee rent collections, delinquencies, and tenant compliance
  • Coordinate leasing efforts, showings, and tenant negotiations
  • Prepare and manage operating budgets and leasing reports
  • Ensure compliance with Florida commercial landlord-tenant statutes
  • Maintain positive tenant relationships and resolve issues professionally
  • Work closely with ownership, vendors, and internal teams
  • Utilize property management software to track leasing, accounting, and operations
