About The Position
Join a full-service asset management and investment firm with deep roots in commercial real estate, managing a portfolio of 12 commercial buildings, each with a single government tenant. This role focuses on relationship management with long-term government tenants and vendors, ensuring buildings run smoothly. You will be the go-to person for keeping tenants happy, buildings operational, and vendor relationships strong. The position is part of a five-person PM team in a collaborative, in-office environment, working directly with firm leadership.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of commercial property management experience
- Strong relationship-builder — comfortable managing tenant and vendor relationships remotely via phone and video
- Polished, professional presence — comfortable representing the company to government clientele
- Clear, concise communicator
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship, now or in the future

Responsibilities
