Requirements

Proven sales experience, preferably in the commercial insurance or related industry.
Strong knowledge of insurance coverages and risk management principles (training can be provided for technical aspects).
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
A winning mentality, self-motivation, and a drive to succeed.
A likeable personality with a strong sense of presence and professionalism.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work environment.
Residing in or willing to relocate to Central Illinois.

Responsibilities

Manage and grow an inherited book of business valued between $1M and $1.5M.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and tailored solutions to meet their needs.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
Stay informed about industry trends, coverage options, and risk management strategies to provide expert guidance to clients.
Represent the company with professionalism and a positive attitude, fostering trust and credibility with clients and colleagues.
