Commercial Portfolio Coordinator – Terminal
About The Position
Aligned with HIAA's strategic priorities of Reinforcing our Foundation, Charting New Territory, and Advancing the Stanfield Experience, the Commercial Portfolio Coordinator – Terminal is responsible for supporting the commercial performance, operational effectiveness and stakeholder relationships of an assigned portfolio of terminal-based commercial assets and partnerships. Reporting to the Commercial & Real Estate Manager, the incumbent serves as the primary commercial liaison for the assigned portfolio, fostering collaborative relationships with tenants and internal stakeholders to enhance the passenger experience, support revenue growth and deliver HIAA's commercial objectives. The incumbent coordinates day-to-day commercial activities, monitors portfolio performance, supports tenant onboarding and development initiatives, identifies opportunities to improve commercial outcomes, and helps ensure tenants operate in accordance with commercial agreements, operational standards and HIAA policies.
