Commercial Pool Operator
About The Position
We are growing and need someone to help keep our pools running with optimal uptime and minimal downtime. Help our team deliver our mission to ensure that every person, regardless of age or ability, has the opportunity to become a safe and happy swimmer. The fact is, our program saves lives, literally. And we teach all ages, from 3 months to adults. And if you have a special place in your heart for special needs, you will appreciate your role in keeping our pools in optimal condition allowing us to teach our swimmers how to save themselves in the water! We need someone with a positive, can-do work ethic to join our fun and very talented team!
Requirements
- Fundamental maintenance knowledge and an aptitude to troubleshoot
- Physical ability to lift 100 lbs
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Flexible availability
- A positive, contributive work ethic
Nice To Haves
- Experience working with pools, preferably commercial
- Certified Pool Operator valid certification (preferred but not required, will be required to get it post hire)
