This Commercial Plumbing Installer role is based out of the Bethlehem, PA location and is part of the Commercial Install Group. It is an ideal opportunity for someone experienced in Commercial Plumbing Install in New Construction who excels at providing outstanding customer service and performing quality work. Requirements

  • 5+ years of Commercial Plumbing Install experience.
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • A strong drive to do the job right the first time and pride in your work.
  • Experience operating a commercial jetter.
  • Be a lifelong learner and realize you never stop learning and growing in the field to be good at the trade.
  • Valid and current driver's license with an insurable driving record.
  • Proficiency with technology to work from an iPad and the ability to type a professional email to communicate with any member of our customer's organization.

Nice To Haves

  • An associate degree (A.A.) from a two-year college or technical school is beneficial but not required.
  • Backflow certification is highly preferred!
  • A Journeyman's or Master's License is a plus!

Responsibilities

  • Be an outgoing, friendly, and knowledgeable Service Technician who builds relationships with customers and solves their Plumbing problems, whether it is maintenance risks, or diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults.
  • Work in a variety of facilities, diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining all sorts of plumbing equipment, fixtures, and piping for a wide range of Commercial customers.
  • Provide business owners or maintenance managers with honest opinions based on facts so they can make informed decisions.
  • Pay diligence by finding and fixing small problems before they turn into bigger, more expensive repairs, to benefit the customer and extend equipment life.
  • Work under minimum supervision but also be a part of a team that respects and leans on each other when needed.
  • Put safety first by observing safety regulations and being familiar with OSHA requirements.
  • Provide guidance and share knowledge with those just getting started in the trade.
  • Complete all jobs and paperwork in a neat, accurate, thorough, and timely manner, demonstrating mindfulness and communication for team success.
